We understand that recent market volatility and platform-related issues have affected some users, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to update the community regarding the price depeg of USDE, BNSOL, and WBETH.
Binance has conducted a review of the incident and will compensate all impacted Futures, Margin and Loan users within 72 hours. Compensation will be automatically distributed to the impacted users’ accounts directly.
Compensation Plan
All Futures, Margin, and Loan users who held USDE, BNSOL, and WBETH as collateral and were impacted by the depeg between 2025-10-10 21:36 and 22:16 (UTC) will be compensated, together with any liquidation fees incurred. The compensation amount will be the difference between the market price at 2025-10-11 00:00 (UTC) and their respective liquidation price.Users who have other cases outside of the above scope can contact Binance customer support directly to submit their requests, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Enhanced Risk Control and Token AdjustmentsWe are committed to providing a best-in-class experience for our users and are continually working to improve our platform capabilities to support our users.
To prevent recurrence, Binance will implement additional safeguards and has adjusted relevant parameters as follows:
The redemption price will be added to the BNSOL, WBETH, and USDE price index weights.The USDE index rule will include a minimum price threshold to improve price stability.The frequency of risk control parameter reviews will be increased to ensure dynamic adjustments in response to market conditions.
