@Walrus 🦭/acc WAL The Storage Layer Behind Sui Real Apps
Fast chains look good on paper but speed alone is not enough. Real apps need a place to keep data like images game progress user content records and files that must stay available. Walrus is built exactly for this role inside the Sui ecosystem. It works as long term storage using blob storage so big files do not slow the chain. Data is split and spread across the network using erasure coding so even if some nodes go offline files can still be recovered. The WAL token supports staking governance and rewards for storage providers. Walrus is not hype it is quiet infrastructure that real apps depend on every day.
