🚀 $RE (Re) and the Negative Funding Rate: Bear Trap or Final Takeoff?

The RE/USDT chart is not for the faint of heart. With a surge of +37% and massive volume, the market is at a technical boiling point.

What my indicators are signaling:

Negative Funding Rate (-0.088%): Shorts are paying heavily to maintain their positions. This is often the perfect fuel for a "short squeeze" (a forced bullish explosion due to the liquidation of sellers).

Consolidation at $1.01: We're hitting resistance at $1.07. If the price can break this level with force, there’s no ceiling in sight.

The sentiment: The market is split nearly 50/50. When there’s so much doubt, whales usually take the opportunity to sweep out the impatient.

My action plan:

No FOMO entry: The coin has already shot up vertically. I’m waiting for a retest of the $0.95-$0.98 zone to look for an entry.

Watch for the breakout: If the price surpasses $1.08 with volume, I’ll be looking for bullish continuation.

Protection: The market is very volatile; if the Funding Rate suddenly turns positive, it’ll be a signal that the momentum has exhausted.

Do you think the Shorts will manage to stop this, or are we looking at a rise that won’t look back? I’m reading your comments. 👇
