$XRP Reality Check — Why $1,000 Is Mathematically Impossible
Here’s the math everyone ignores. XRP’s total supply is 100 billion tokens. If each XRP hit $1,000, the total market cap would balloon to $100 trillion — that’s nearly equivalent to the entire global GDP, and double the value of the U.S. stock market combined.
For perspective, the entire crypto market today is around $2.5 trillion, gold sits near $14 trillion, and U.S. equities hover around $50 trillion. A $100 trillion XRP would require more money than exists in the global economy — impossible under any realistic conditions.
Still, a move to $5–$10? That’s within reach if adoption and utility scale massively through Ripple’s payment rails and CBDC integrations. But $1,000 per $XRP ? That’s fantasy, not finance.
