Report: US Crypto Class Action Lawsuit Count Nears Last Year's Total in First Half of 2025

A new report from Cornerstone Research indicates that in the first half of 2025, a total of 6 cryptocurrency related class action lawsuits occurred in the United States, approaching the total number for the entire year of 2024 (7 cases).

Among them, Burwick Law initiated 3 cases, including claims against the LIBRA and Pumpfun projects.
