According to Foresight News, decentralized finance platform Veda has appointed TuongVy Le as its Chief Legal Officer to enhance its cross-chain yield products for institutional investors. Le brings extensive experience from his nearly six-year tenure at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he served as Chief Legal Advisor and Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division and the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs.
Before joining Veda, Le was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Anchorage Digital, a cryptocurrency custody platform, before transitioning to an advisory role. During his time at the SEC, Le provided congressional consultation on early drafts of digital asset legislation and served as a member of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) Global Markets Advisory Committee.
