The three firms aim to establish the largest treasury dedicated to Solana, with Cantor Fitzgerald tapped as the lead banker for the initiative. The plan is said to involve taking over a publicly traded company to transform it into a digital asset treasury business centered on SOL.
Bloomberg also noted that the Solana Foundation has endorsed the project, expressing support for the treasury effort.
Currently, Solana is the sixth-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, trading near $200, up 6.6% over the past 30 days, according to CoinGecko data.
