That gap is the interesting part. In most crypto verticals, a 10x lead gets challenged fast — forks show up, incentives get copied, liquidity fragments across five competitors within a year. Bitcoin staking hasn't seen that yet, at least not at this scale.
Could mean the moat is real — native BTC staking without wrapping is genuinely hard to replicate cleanly, the technical bar is higher than people assume. hmm.. Or it could just mean nobody's tried hard enough yet, and the category's still too early for real competition to have formed.
