$BTC I've been staring at the Bitcoin charts for a while today, and honestly... I think people are reading too much into a pretty ordinary move.
BTC is still sitting around the mid-$64K area. That's fine. A green week is better than a red one. But when I zoom out, the picture changes quite a bit. The longer-term performance is still under pressure, and that doesn't suddenly disappear because we managed a decent few days.
What feels kind of weird is how quickly sentiment flips. A small recovery happens and suddenly everyone starts talking as if the trend has already changed.
I'm not seeing that. At least not yet.
The daily chart is hovering around its medium-term averages, while the lower timeframes keep bouncing above and below theirs without much conviction. That's usually what I notice when a market is still deciding where it wants to go, not when it's ready to run.
Maybe I'm being too cautious. Or maybe we've all gotten used to treating every bounce as the beginning of something bigger.
I remember seeing similar setups before. They looked convincing for a week or two... until liquidity dried up and everyone realized the market hadn't actually changed that much. Different cycle, sure, but the psychology feels familiar.
So I'm watching participation more than price right now. If buyers can't build on this move, then the recent strength won't mean much.
Still trying to figure out what this really changes.
