On the weekly chart, $BTC is still in a corrective structure ➡️ The parabolic momentum is gone 🤕 Buyers are no longer aggressively stepping in at highs.
On the daily timeframe, the recent move down to 60k was impulsive, strong displacement. That kind of move usually means smart money was distributing earlier and then pushed price lower.
Now what are we seeing?
A bounce 😀 But here’s the important question: Is this a reversal… or just a relief rally? So far, it looks like a relief rally.
Price is still below key daily resistance around 70k. Until that level is reclaimed and held, the higher timeframe bias remains bearish.
Mid Timeframe Context (4H)
On the 4H chart, structure is still printing lower highs. The current bounce is pushing into the 67.8k ➡️ 68k zone, which previously acted as breakdown structure.
That area is not random. It’s a supply zone.
When price rallies into previous breakdown areas during a downtrend, that’s where short setups often form.
You don’t short weakness. You short strength into resistance.
That’s what makes it logical. ⏳
Key Levels That Matter
Support ➡️ 64.2k
60k (major psychological + structural support)
Below 60k ➡️ liquidity sits around 58k
Resistance ➡️ 68k (4H lower high)
70k (daily structure flip level)
74–75k (major supply above)
Until 70k breaks cleanly, the burden of proof is on buyers. 😝
The Trade Idea (High-Probability Scenario)
If price pushes into 67.8k ➡️ 68.2k, that’s where short pressure makes sense.
Stop would sit above 70k, because if 70k breaks and holds on 4H, structure shifts.
Targets ➡️ TP1 around 64k
TP2 around 60k
That gives a clean 1:2.5 or 1:3 risk to reward.
Why does this make sense?
Because, Higher timeframe trend is corrective/bearish, 4H structure is bearish, We are shorting into resistance. Risk is clearly defined, we are trading probabilities, not hope. 👌
What Would Change the Bias?
If $BTC closes strong above 70k on 4H with volume and holds above it 👉 then this entire short idea becomes invalid.
At that point, the market would be showing strength and likely targeting 74 👉 75k next.
You always want a clear invalidation level. If you don’t know when you are wrong, you are gambling.
What If 60k Breaks?
If 60k gets taken out with momentum, expect a sharp move. That level has liquidity sitting below it.
58k would likely be the next magnet.
That move would be aggressive, not slow.
