Der Kongressabgeordnete Bryan Steil (Vorsitzender des Unterausschusses für Digitale Vermögenswerte im Repräsentantenhaus) argumentiert, dass der Fokus auf die Abstimmung am 15. September (CLARITY-Gesetz) ein Perspektivfehler sei: Selbst wenn Washington Zeit braucht, um das Gesetz zu verabschieden, wird die auf Blockchain basierende Finanzinfrastruktur weiterhin aufgebaut.

Er nennt das „Payment Pipelines“, Verwahrung, Abwicklung, FX, Tokenisierung – die unsichtbare Basis des Finanzsystems.
Steil betont, dass XRP, XLM und HBAR in den USA bereits als „digitale Commodities“ eingestuft sind und reale Infrastruktur im Aufbau haben:

$XRP /Ripple: baut einen kompletten Stack (Zahlungen, RLUSD, Verwahrung, Prime Brokerage, Kredit). Ripple Prime verarbeitet +US$ 3 Bio/Jahr für 300+ institutionelle Kunden.
