💡 The golden rule of trading: **Trend is your friend.**
👉 From last night till this morning, many altcoins pumped hard just by following BTC’s momentum. But instead of going with the trend — or staying out if it felt risky — a lot of traders started aggressively shorting coins like $BABY , $LUNC , and $GENIUS .
👉 The mistake? Thinking “price is already too high, it can’t go higher.” That mindset often leads to heavy losses — especially when trading without a stop-loss. We’ve seen this before. Coins can keep running much longer than expected. Just look at past moves where prices exploded and wiped out short positions completely.
👉 My approach is simple: respect the trend. When momentum is strong, fighting it is risky. If RSI is already in extreme zones (80–90+), blindly shorting can be dangerous.
👉 Either follow the trend smartly or stay on the sidelines. But don’t fight strong momentum.
