I gave Binance's new bStocks a spin, and to be honest, I was pretty impressed. I want to share my thoughts with everyone seriously.

bStocks is a tokenized security launched by Binance, with each token backed 1:1 by corresponding US stocks held by a regulated custodian. It has officially received approval from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority—this isn’t some 'air certificate', it’s the real deal.

Here are a few points that really got me excited:

· 24/7 trading: No more waiting for the US markets to open; trade whenever you want, even on weekends or at midnight. Say goodbye to the traditional T+1 settlement wait—settlements are completed in seconds.

· Extremely low barrier: you can get fractional exposure to US stocks like NVIDIA and Tesla starting from as low as $5. No need to deal with opening overseas bank accounts or paying high wire transfer fees.

· Zero conversion fees: a 1:1 exchange between stocks and bStocks is completely fee-free. And as of August 31, trading-pair order fees for bStocks are also fully waived.

· Supports self-custody: you can withdraw to wallets like Trust Wallet and truly control your own assets.

· Automatic dividend handling: dividends and stock splits are processed automatically. The net dividends are then automatically converted via on-chain mechanisms into tokens sent to your wallet.

· The initial lineup is strong: Circle, Micron, NVIDIA, SanDisk, Tesla, and more like SpaceX later on.

The biggest thing that makes bStocks different for me is that it can be combined with DeFi. You can deposit bStocks into protocols like Venus and Lista DAO to earn additional returns, while still receiving the base stock’s dividends as usual. In simple terms: one asset, two kinds of returns.

In the first week after launch, bStocks’ assets under management surpassed $400 million. Binance’s US stock trading product reached over $1 billion in cumulative trading volume in just 9 days, with an average daily trading volume of about $143 million. The data shows that real demand exists.

Of course, there are things to note: bStocks do not grant shareholders voting rights; currently it’s only available for non-US users; and the product is still being iterated—your experience will improve step by step.

For me, the biggest takeaway is—finally, I can trade US stocks at any time, and the assets are truly in my own hands. I can also take them into DeFi to earn yield. This isn’t just “moving stocks on-chain”; it fundamentally changes how you invest in US stocks.
