A pair of adjoining land parcels at Pin Kee Godown on Kam Pok Road West in San Tin Wai, Yuen Long, are being offered for sale at about HK$312 million, according to Ming Pao.

The site, identified as Lots No. 3719 N Remaining Portion and 3719 M Remaining Portion in DD 104, has a combined area of about 194,893 square feet. Colliers Industrial Services head Tang Sek-hang said the asking price works out to about HK$1,600 per square foot.
