New World Development said its Kowloon West grade-A office tower 83 Wing Hong Street has sold more than 75 units, or nearly 80% of the units launched on price lists, according to Ming Pao.

The average transaction price is about HK$7,500 per square foot, with investment buyers accounting for about 40% and end-users about 60%. A buyer recently spent HK$140 million to purchase an entire sixth floor for long-term investment, while some units will be kept for corporate self-use.
