Japan’s Orix Corp. agreed to buy UK airplane parts company AerFin Ltd. in a deal worth about ¥100 billion, or $640 million including debt, according to Bloomberg.

People familiar with the matter said the transaction values AerFin at roughly $640 million including debt.
