What I think is that the market is in a wait-and-see mode. Bitcoin is still hovering around $62,800 to $63,000, meaning it hasn't made a big move yet. Ethereum, on the other hand, has risen about 20% throughout July and is holding pretty well in the $1,900–$2,000 range. There is no panic in the market right now with the US Federal Reserve keeping interest rates unchanged, but everyone is a little cautious before the next big move.
