Former Congressman George Santos agreed to pay more than $35,000 to settle allegations that he manipulated a wager on prediction market platform Kalshi over whether he would attend the 2026 State of the Union, according to Bloomberg.

The settlement resolves claims tied to the trade on the event contract.
