Campaign Points Calculation:
A user’s final score is calculated using the formula below:
Total Campaign Points = Task Points * Promotion Period Multiplier + Holding Snapshot Points
Task Points will be calculated by tasks competition, such as buying SENT or subscribing to eligible Earn products.
Points will be deducted for selling or redeeming assets according to the table below. For details, refer to the below formula and the eligibility task table below.
Task Points = (USD Value of Purchase/Subscription * Points) - (USD Value of Sell/Withdraw/Redemption * Points)
During the Promotion Period, any ETH/SOL borrowed via Flexible Loan will be treated as a redemption. Users will be deducted 5 points per $1 equivalent borrowed.
Promotion Period Multiplier: A multiplier determined by how many days remain until the last day of the Promotion Period at the time of subscription.
The multiplier starts at 20x on Day 1 and decreases by 1 each day. The earlier a user subscribes during the Promotion Period, the higher the multiplier will be.
The multiplier also applies to point deductions from sell/withdraw/redemption actions, based on the day the action occurs.
Please note that the multiplier only applies to the calculation of Campaign Points, and does not affect the actual value of your investment position.
Holding Snapshot Points: A one-time bonus based on the user’s total Earn balance* held before the promotion starts (snapshot taken at 2026-07-28 23:59 UTC). This bonus is capped at 1,000,000 points.
*Total Earn balance includes balances of Simple Earn Flexible and Locked Products, ETH Staking, SOL Staking, On-Chain Yield Products, Dual-Investment (including RFQ), Discount Buy, RWUSD, BFUSD, and BTCY.

Please Note:
USD values are calculated based on the closing price on the day of subscription, at 23:59 (UTC).
Each task in the Campaign is calculated independently and separately from the other tasks.
Golden Task:
Selling SENT on Binance Spot, Convert, sending SENT to other Binance users via Binance Pay or withdrawing SENT during the Promotion Period will cause your task points to be deducted by 10 points for every $1 worth incurred during the process.
Redemption of SENT Simple Earn Products will cause your task points to be deducted by 15 points for every $1 worth of redemption.
Eligible products for other Earn Products Task include other Flexible Products/Locked Products, ETH Staking, SOL Staking, On-Chain Yield Products, Dual-Investment, including RFQ, Discount Buy, RWUSD, BFUSD and BTCY.
Redemption of any Earn Products during the Promotion Period, including positions opened before the Promotion Period, will also cause corresponding point deductions.
Redemption of ETH/SOL Flexible, ETH/SOL Locked and ETH/SOL Staking Products will cause your task points to be deducted by 5 points for every $1 worth of redemption.
Redemption of other Earn Products will cause your task points to be deducted by 2 points for every $1 worth of redemption.
Scheduled maturity is not considered redemptions, and will not lead to any deduction in points.
For Flexible Products, only subscriptions from Auto-Subscribe and manual subscriptions are considered as eligible subscriptions.
For Locked Products, Dual Investment, including RFQ and Discount Buy, the subscription period must be longer than 5 days to be considered as an eligible subscription for the accumulation of points.
If the final Total Campaign Points of 2 or more participants are the same, Binance will select the winners based on the participation time in the Promotion.
Campaign Points Calculation Case Study:
Total Campaign Points = Task Points * Promotion Period Multiplier + Holding Snapshot Points
Task Points = (USD Value of Total Purchase / Subscription * Points) - (Total Sell/Withdraw/Redemption USD Value * Points)
Holding Snapshot Points = Earn TVL * 1 (capped at 1,000,000)
User A: Transferred SENT leads to points reduction
2026-07-28 23:59 (UTC): No Earn Product holdings
2026-07-29: Bought $500 worth of SENT on Binance Convert and then subscribed to Locked Products
2026-07-30: Transferred $200 worth of SENT to another Binance user via Binance Pay

Task points = $500 * 10 * 20 + $500 * 15 * 20 - $200 * 10 * 19 = 212,000
Holding Snapshot Points = 0
Total Points = 212,000 + 0 = 212,000
User B: Redeemed ETH from Locked Products leads to points reduction

Subscription Format: First-come, first-served basis.
Reward Calculation Period: From 00:00 (UTC) on the day after an eligible subscription to Locked Products is completed, until the end of the subscription period.
Rewards Distribution: Distributed to Spot Account on a daily basis. The first reward will be given the day after accrual starts (two days after subscription).

Only users who complete identity verification and confirm their participation during the Promotion Period can qualify for rewards in Promotion A.

Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the Platform from time to time and are binding. Binance reserves the right to adjust APRs at any time after the Promotion Period without prior notice.
The following terms and conditions apply to all Earn users who use the corresponding products or features: Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions, Binance ETH Staking Terms and Conditions, Binance SOL Staking Terms and Conditions, On-Chain Yields Terms and Conditions, Dual Investment Terms and Conditions, General Terms of Use, and Risk Warning.
Rewards Distribution:
SENT token rewards will be distributed to eligible users by 2026-08-31 23:59 (UTC), unless otherwise advised by Binance. Users may find their rewards via Profile > Assets > Spot Account. The rewards transaction can be checked in Assets > Transaction History > Spot > Distribution.
Binance uses the exchange rate of SENT/USD at ~$0.01429 based on the average closing price of the past 7 days from 2026-07-20 to calculate the total rewards in USD.
Promotion B:
Users may view their Locked Products subscriptions by going to Assets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
Users may enable the “Auto-Subscribe” function before completing subscriptions to Locked Products, which will automatically renew users’ existing Locked Products position into a new position of the same duration upon expiry.
About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users may redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards (accrued or otherwise). Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take up to 72 hours to receive the digital assets back into the Spot Account.
Each sub-account will not be viewed as an independent account when participating in this Promotion. Sub-accounts’ subscription amount will be combined with the master account’s standard subscription amount.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
