I read @grvt_io grvtMark Price math today. Rather than using the latest trade, GRVT decides liquidations, margin, and PnL using the MEDIAN of THREE inputs:
1👉Block Scholes Index Price (CEX spot mid-prices) adjusted by Fair Price gap, capped at FIVE PERCENT, and smoothed with a ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SECOND EMA.
2👉GRVT’s Fair Price (MEDIAN of bid, ask, trade).
3👉Block Scholes perpetual Mark Price.
Even with self-custody, your liquidation is tied to off-chain CEX data. too dependent or SAFER ???
