One thing I didn't pay much attention to when I started trading was how much fees quietly eat into frequent trades. It's not exciting to talk about, but over time it really adds up.

I'm trying out AlphaX mainly because of the 0-fee trading on selected TradFi assets. Too early to judge everything, but saving on fees definitely makes active trading feel a bit more worthwhile. Still, always check which markets are eligible first
