Strategy sold 3,588 Bitcoin for approximately $216

million.

The proceeds will be used to pay dividends on its preferred stock securities.

This is part of the company's capital management strategy, not a distressed sale.

After the sale, Strategy still owns 843,775 BTC, remaining the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder.

The company also holds approximately $2.55 billion in cash reserves.

Management has shifted away from a strict "never sell

Bitcoin" approach and is now willing to sell small amounts when it improves the company's financial position.

The sale represents less than 0.5% of Strategy's total

Bitcoin holdings.

The company says the goal is to maintain financial flexibility while continuing to hold the vast majority of its Bitcoin treasury.
