Paula Martínez, a young woman from Spain with no Latin roots, came to Colombia out of curiosity… and left with a full heart.

🎒 She explored the mountains, danced at local fiestas, tried hot chocolate with cheese (yes, in the same cup!), and at every corner, she found something that made her feel more alive, more human, more at home.

“I don’t have Colombian blood, but something from Colombia runs through my veins since I arrived,” Paula says with sparkling eyes.

💬 What touched her the most wasn’t just the landscapes (which are breathtaking), or the food (which she loved), but the warmth of the people.

“The joy in the way they greeted me, the help I received without asking, the way they make you feel like you belong… I haven’t felt that anywhere else.”

Now back in Spain, she admits that every time she sets foot in Colombia, it’s like her soul returns to her body.
