Real utility — not just hype WCT powers the WalletConnect Protocol Network, which enables wallets and dApps to talk securely and chain-agnostically (yes, right across multiple blockchains) via QR codes or deep links. It’s chain-agnostic, supports many wallets and dApps, so it plays a role in the “connectivity” layer of Web3 rather than just another token. 2. Tokenomics built for long-term Max supply: 1 billion WCT. Allocation: ~18.5% to airdrops, 17.5% to rewards (staking, nodes), 27% to the Foundation.
