An on-chain tracking update has revealed that the high profile whale who opened massive long positions on Bitcoin and Ethereum has now increased his exposure from two hundred twenty million dollars to roughly two hundred fifty million dollars. Most of the new capital went into Bitcoin, while the Ethereum position was left unchanged. Current positioning shows a Bitcoin long worth around one hundred seventy three million dollars at 15x leverage, opened at an average entry of just over one hundred eight thousand dollars per BTC. The Ethereum long remains at approximately seventy seven million dollars with 3x leverage, entered around four thousand thirty seven dollars. Despite earlier volatility, the whale has managed to narrow down the unrealized loss on the combined position to just over three million dollars.
