Stop chasing control over the chaos. Focus on steering what you can—and trust me, that's more than enough. Everything else—like news, price movements, and so on—I can't control! When you come to this realization, any profit or loss will simply be perceived as work! And you will never have catastrophic days or emotional swings depending on what's happening in the market! If you like drama, if you lack emotions, then of course you'll sit in X social network day and night, open a million trades, and live on the dopamine from profits or losses! But do you really need that kind of lifestyle?
