Foresight News 消息，Coinbase 宣佈已完成對 Deribit 的收購交易，合作關係正式成立。

Foresight News 此前消息，Coinbase 於今年 5 月宣佈將以 29 億美元收購衍生品交易所 Deribit，其中包括 7 億美元現金和 1100 萬股股票。
