#MiCA #Europe 🚀 Big news for the European Bitcoin market! $XRP $ETH $BNB Dutch Bitcoin startup Blockrise has received a MiCA license from the AFM, becoming one of the first companies in the EU to legally provide regulated Bitcoin services across Europe. And the most interesting thing is that they are immediately launching Bitcoin-backed loans for business clients: • from €20,000 (~$23,000) • the rate is currently 8% (reviewed monthly) • for companies only (to stay within the current MiCA) Blockrise CEO Jos Lazet: “MiCA is the foundation on which we are building Bitcoin banking in Europe. So far, the regulation does not cover lending directly, but the custody + brokerage license allows us to do this for corporate clients.” The company already manages assets worth ~€100 million and uses a semi-custodial model with HSM vaults (keys are not extracted, both the user and Blockrise signature are required). #FCA 🇬🇧 The UK is taking a big step towards a transparent crypto market! $BTC $BNB $SOL The FCA has officially admitted RegTech company Eunice to its Regulatory Sandbox, where it will test single standardized disclosure templates for crypto assets, together with exchanges Coinbase, Crypto.com and Kraken. This is one of the most concrete signals of what the future UK rules for crypto will be: ✅ practical tests instead of "theory on paper" ✅ direct cooperation of the regulator with the industry ✅ focus on transparency and investor protection right now, when institutions are entering the crypto space in droves CEO Eunice Yi Luo: "It is a great pride to lead the work on disclosures right now, when institutions are entering the digital asset space."
