吳說獲悉，據加密記者 Eleanor Terrett 披露，美國證券交易委員會（SEC）與 Binance Holdings Limited、BAM Trading Services Inc.、BAM Management US Holdings Inc. 及趙長鵬共同向法院提交《聯合撤訴與免責協議》（Joint Stipulation to Dismiss and Releases），申請結束訴訟程序。SEC 最初於 2023 年 6 月 5 日提起民事執法訴訟，並於 2024 年 10 月 16 日提交修正訴狀。
