If $BTC gives us a bit of calm and stays within a $4–5k range, then yes, we can start to see some scattered pumps on altcoins. It's the only scenario that allows these plays to breathe: a stable BTC, neither too strong nor too weak. Without that, we'll only see choppy ups and downs.
