For more than two months, my account has been frozen, preventing me from accessing or withdrawing my blockchain tokens. Despite submitting all required identity and compliance documents, and despite raising multiple complaints with Binance, there has been no positive progress. Key Concerns: • My account has been frozen for several months without clear explanation. • My blockchain tokens remain inaccessible despite compliance with all KYC requirements. • Binance has not provided a timeline or resolution plan, causing financial hardship. Since Binance has not acted to resolve this matter internally, I have escalated my complaint to regulatory authorities. I respectfully request Binance to review my case urgently and provide a clear resolution so that I can access my rightful funds. Failure to resolve this matter will result in continued follow-up through external oversight and consumer protection authorities. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
