We all keep talking about alt season.
But..
ALT/BTC keeps setting new lows.
TOTAL2 is lower now than May 2021.
I am all for being a bulltard.
But retail just isn't buying alts.
And that is a fact.
I am bullish long term...
But short term I don't think that retail will suddenly start buying alts tomorrow because M2 is going up.
M2 can go as high as it wants but liquidity means nothing without willing buyers.
And besides us, who is buying alts?
I could very well be wrong.
I would like to hear what you guys think 👇

This time TRULY is the phase where people aren't just thinking it won't happen anymore but literally were they just don't care anymore.
Just lots of people not even watching anymore and going on with their lives.
Not saying all things repeat itself exactly but feels awfully familiar to prior days in the market in the past.
And those that are saying:
"Yeah but those were bear market days. This is a bull market"
Well it isn't. It's a bitcoin bull market and while Bitcoin is crypto, crypto ain't just Bitcoin.
Compare on-chain volume today vs on-chain volume in past bull markets and bear markets and you have your answer.
It's no bull market today but I'm still optimistic about what can be. Especially because most just starting to stop caring right now and move on.
This time TRULY is the phase where people aren't just thinking it won't happen anymore but literally were they just don't care anymore.
Just lots of people not even watching anymore and going on with their lives.
Not saying all things repeat itself exactly but feels awfully familiar to prior days in the market in the past.

"Yeah but those were bear market days. This is a bull market"
Well it isn't. It's a bitcoin bull market and while Bitcoin is crypto, crypto ain't just Bitcoin.
Compare on-chain volume today vs on-chain volume in past bull markets and bear markets and you have your answer.
It's no bull market today but I'm still optimistic about what can be. Especially because most just starting to stop caring right now and move on.
This bull run has taught me one thing.
Trying to time the market is redacted.

The best advice I can give you is to never rely on anyone but yourself in this space
- Learn to manage risk
- Learn to wallet track
- Learn to read on-chain data
- Learn to spot narratives
- Learn to spot patterns
Your ultimate goal should be complete independence
Learn to trade confidently on your own, without depending on anyone else

if you’re new to crypto,
and don’t want to trade new pairs, don’t know how to read wallets, don’t know what to buy.
i would fully recommend doing as much research as you can to find ONE coin, that’s already survived multiple dips, and has a solid community.
and just sticking to it.
i would honestly avoid taking anyones advice other than your own,
browse a lot, search for something that resonates with you.
and don’t want to trade new pairs, don’t know how to read wallets, don’t know what to buy.
i would fully recommend doing as much research as you can to find ONE coin, that’s already survived multiple dips, and has a solid community.

Everyone can say whatever they want but it's quite remarkable that $ETH not had a single dip since the last reversal.
Usually only Bitcoin enjoyed this treatment while alts were suffering (which they still are).
Does Ethereum have some catching up to do vs Bitcoin?
Yes, it's going well but it isn't at its old highs like bitcoin yet.
But it's a start.
Clean accumulation > expansion > accumulation > expansion > accumulation > ...
Usually only Bitcoin enjoyed this treatment while alts were suffering (which they still are).
Does Ethereum have some catching up to do vs Bitcoin?
Yes, it's going well but it isn't at its old highs like bitcoin yet.
But it's a start.

It took just 4 days for $WCT to hit a new ATH and only 1 day to drop over 50%. I don’t have any negative feelings toward the project but when chart performs in this manner ofc it makes me feel haunted.
