In June 2024, Coreweave offered to buy Core Scientific for $1B. Investors are enamored with CRWV's asset lite model and have bid it to a $58B market cap. CORZ is only worth $3.3B despite being a key component of CRWV's ability to hit revenue targets. CRWV should buy a miner ASAP.
CIFR is almost completely controlled by HFT algos. The bid ask is unusually glitchy in the way it moves. The machines are doing the best they can to keep this thing down but there is nothing they can do to stop it from ripping higher as the catalysts play out. Patience.
The MARA to MSTR spread is almost 900 basis points today. MARA is essentially trading at a negative mNAV if you give them any reasonable credit for their operating business. CoreWeave trading like it’s going to infinity. Just a matter of time now. Markets are smart. Give it time.

Woke up this morning pretty bummed. Trump’s need to be the main character only got us down to the high $106s. Bitcoin just isn’t dumping like it used to and I’m deeply concerned we will never buy sub $100k corn again. Also, I’m hearing they will run out of new corn by 2138. Sad.

I have long ago informed kid analysts that there will be no sustained bull market in levered beta or other derivatives of Bitcoin without significant participation from Bitcoin infrastructure companies. If that is not the case, no go. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
