You can be wrong about the perfect entry..
You can mistime your exits.. You can fumble a thousand short term decisions..
But if you stay in the game long enough, keep your costs low and let compounding do its thing.. you will win

It won’t make you look like a genius at dinner parties.. But the strategy works.. It has always worked
Most people think investing success comes from catching the exact bottom or selling at the exact top.. That’s a myth sold by hindsight and ego
In reality, trying to time the market perfectly is pretty much a losing game
You might win once, even twice.. But doing it consistently? Almost no one can.. and those who do often lose big trying to repeat it
Time forgives small errors.. It absorbs volatility and rewards patience
It’s the only advantage us investors can reliably control
Instead of asking questions like..
“Is now the right time to buy?”
“What if the market crashes tomorrow?”
“Should I wait for confirmation?”
We should be asking..
"Can I own this long enough to let it prove me right?"
Because time in the market beats timing the market.. every single time
Holding something for 5 - 10 years forces you to understand it.. To really understand it
You learn its strengths, its flaws, how it handles pressure, how it evolves..
And over time, your conviction either strengthens or weakens.. not based on emotion or hype, but based on reality
This is where most people fail..
Not because they picked the wrong asset.. But because they never gave it enough time to prove them right
It doesn't always work out.. time is also the cost you pay for being wrong..
