​Morpho has come up with a revolutionary playbook for connecting real-world assets (RWA) and DeFi. Its key steps are:

​1. Tokenization: Tokenizing dividend-bearing RWAs (such as Fasanara's mF-ONE, Apollo's sACRED, AA_FalconXUSDC).

2. Collateralization: Borrowing stablecoins using these tokens as collateral.

3. Increasing liquidity and exposure: Using borrowed funds to gain greater exposure to the underlying asset through instant liquidity or 'looping'.
