Trump airs frustrations with Republican infighting delaying final vote of H.R. 1 (“One Big Beautiful Bill Act”).

Particularly of note was Rep. Thomas Massie's (R-KY) switch from "Yea" to "Nay" of H. Res. 566, a critical procedural resolution to move H.R. 1 forward to a final vote.

Despite his flip, the resolution still passed narrowly, 212–211. Such a razor-thin margin suggests Republican leadership will need to renegotiate language or concessions to bring enough Republicans back on board to ensure final passage.

If changes are made, another resolution vote may be required. If the House passes a final version, it still must be reconciled with the Senate—either via a conference committee or straight passage if the Senate accepts the House’s version.
