North America Sees Launch of Ripple (XRP) ETFs Today: Insights
Canadian financial corporations 3iQ and Purpose Investments have launched spot Ripple (XRP) ETFs, while the US Securities and Exchange Commission is still reviewing similar proposals. The 3iQ offering, XRPQ, will be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a 0% management fee for the initial six months, focusing on long-term XRP holdings from credible digital asset trading platforms.
Purpose Investments' XRPP aims to convert XRP’s utility into a secure, investable format. Both companies hope to offer Canadian and international investors a transparent, economical, and tax-efficient method to access the digital asset market. Meanwhile, the US is delaying decisions on numerous XRP ETF filings, including Franklin Templeton’s application.
