SharpLink Gaming has confirmed the acquisition of 176,270.69 ETH, valued at $462,947,816 at $2,626 per ETH, positioning it as the world’s top publicly traded ETH holder, surpassed only by the Ethereum Foundation.

🔹 95% of the ETH is staked, bolstering Ethereum network security and earning passive ETH income.

🔹 Between May 30 and June 12, SharpLink secured $79M via an ATM share offering, mainly to boost its ETH holdings.

This move makes SharpLink the first Nasdaq-listed firm to adopt ETH as a primary reserve asset.
