Eight major U.S. crypto industry associations are set to release a joint statement with Uniswap and Jump in support of the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) being included in the revised CLARITY Act. The legislation, led by the House, aims to provide legal clarity for non-custodial developers regarding money transmission compliance and codify FinCEN’s 2019 guidance on unhosted wallets.
