Hot take: Circle's success isn't replicable. While it will lead to new demand for new crypto IPO's, the performance is unlikely to be even remotely close.

There are deals going around for VCs and liquid funds to invest in companies doing Bitcoin treasury deals. They are being pitched as buying shares at a 2:1 ratio of marketcap to crypto holdings. Essentially, buying $2 of crypto for $1. Retail is getting fleeced buying these companies at a major premium and providing exit liquidity for more sophisticated investors. Ticking time bomb, if you ask me.
