There are deals going around for VCs and liquid funds to invest in companies doing Bitcoin treasury deals. They are being pitched as buying shares at a 2:1 ratio of marketcap to crypto holdings. Essentially, buying $2 of crypto for $1. Retail is getting fleeced buying these companies at a major premium and providing exit liquidity for more sophisticated investors. Ticking time bomb, if you ask me.
