Don't know I would advise anyone to do this but I also believe in doing something to get where you want in life.
I studied and got a bachelor's degree with being a teacher in physics and computing.
After a few years in the field I realized I was severally limited in my time on crypto.
I literally "downgraded" to find a simple office job to maximize efficiency.
It paid less, it required no degree and it wasn't as much fun and fulfilling like my job as a teacher.
What it did do? Allow the freedom to spend time on crypto ON THE JOB. Almost limitless.
I realized quickly it's tough to spend a lot of time after work-hours (especially if you still have other commitments to do during that time. Work doesn't always end after the job).
Years later down the line it played a pivotal role into achieving my freedom and yes it paid off.
Despite that, I don't know if I would have advised others to do the same. Doing what I did carried a certain amount of additional risk as well.
But doing nothing was also a risk to me. Not on my current situation but more in terms of life-maxing.
It paid off but could have also set me back (giving up a good job? Although worst case scenario I could just go back as teachers are in strong demand)
But again, it did pay off for me.
