Circle, the USDC Issuer, Targets $5.65 Billion Valuation in US IPO
Circle, the company issuing the world’s second-largest stablecoin, USDC, is aiming for a valuation of $5.65 billion in its forthcoming US initial public offering (IPO), as reported by Reuters. The company plans to issue approximately 9.6 million shares, and some of its shareholders intend to sell around 14.4 million shares priced between $24 and $26 each.
