one update coming to the opepen protocol

when a set gets staged but fails to make it into the permanent collection, all opt ins will be cleared

you will be able to opt in again immediately, but there will be an 80,000 block (11 days~) cooldown period until a set is eligible for staging again

we reserve the right to reverse if it gets abused etc
