According to Coinglass data, the current nominal value of Bitcoin (BTC) options' open positions across the entire network is a significant $15.12 billion. Additionally, Ethereum (ETH) options' open positions come in at $7.15 billion. Cumulatively, the open positions of these two top cryptocurrencies stand at over $22 billion.
