Crypto analyst Lark Davis, in a recent tweet highlighted by Binance News, revealed that applicants for the Spot Bitcoin ETF are currently submitting their revised S-1 forms with notably low fees. The summary includes:
BlackRock: 0.3% fee, reducing to 0.2% after the first 12 months or reaching $5 billion in trading volume.
Ark: 0.25% fee, waived for the first 6 months or until $1 billion in trading volume.
Galaxy: 0.59% fee, waived for the first 6 months or until $5 billion in volume.
WisdomTree: 0.5% fee.
VanEck: 0.25% fee.
Valkyrie: 0.8% fee.
Fidelity: 0.39% fee.
Davis notes these fees are lower than expected, as applicants compete for initial customers, anticipating high demand and aiming to make their products as attractive as possible. This move is expected to trigger an influx of Bitcoin funds, potentially starting this week.
