According to Foresight News, blockchain game My Neighbor Alice has launched its fourth season and migrated from BNB Chain to the relational blockchain Chromia. The game's developers stated that players will not need to pay gas fees on Chromia or sign transactions while playing the game. My Neighbor Alice is not running on Chromia's mainnet but on an 'appnet' built specifically for the DApp. Chromia's mainnet is set to launch in 2024.
The game features an ALICE token minted on Ethereum and NFT plots on BNB Chain. Developers have also introduced a bridge from BNB Chain to Chromia, allowing BNB Chain NFT holders to migrate their assets to the new chain and create new Chromia NFTs within the game.
