According to Cointelegraph: Cryptocurrency payment platform Alchemy Pay continues its expansion across Europe and the UK by adding new deposit options to its repertoire. Announced on November 29, the vital additions include the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Instant and the UK's Faster Payments, both intended to quicken crypto transactions.
Alchemy Pay's aim with these new measures is to streamline cryptocurrency purchases such as Bitcoin, facilitating transfers to occur within "seconds to a few minutes." With SEPA Instant, European customers can buy crypto valued up to 5,000 Euros ($5,460), while Faster Payments allows a transfer limit of up to 5,000 British Pounds ($6,320). Users in 30 European countries and the UK can access these channels following completed Know Your Customer checks.
SEPA Instant and Faster Payments join the growing list of Alchemy Pay's supported local payment methods. These include Poland's Blik payment system, Bancontact, Skrill, among others.
Alchemy Pay's latest addition represents a significant expansion of its payment network across Europe, extending its influence beyond emerging markets. Presently, Alchemy Pay supports 300 fiat payment channels across a span of 173 countries, predominantly focusing on Southeast Asia. The company's global payment service continues to expand, having recently added new licences in the US, including Iowa and Arkansas, and licences in Indonesia and Lithuania in February 2023.
