Binance has announced key enhancements to its VIP Holder Program, effective from 04:00 (UTC) on November 27, 2023. Here are some critical updates:

1. The criteria for the VIP Holder Program will now be different depending upon whether users qualify for VIP 1-3 under the Trader VIP subprogram.

2. Assets in the Earn wallet will no longer contribute to the calculation of asset holding amounts in the VIP Holder Program.

Detailed conditions for various VIP levels depending on user category (general users and users who qualify for VIP 1-3 under the Trader VIP subprogram) have been presented. The specifics consider the user's 30-day average asset holding or daily asset holding of the previous day (in USDT equivalent), minimum daily average BNB balance, and/or Trader VIP level.

Examples are provided showing how a user's VIP level may be upgraded depending upon various factors such as daily average BNB holdings, daily asset holdings of the previous day, and participation in the Trader VIP subprogram.

Furthermore, BNB holdings will not factor in the calculation of the 30-day average asset holding or the previous day's daily asset holding. The USDT equivalent of all assets across different wallets will be calculated for the daily holdings.

The system will perform daily assessments and upgrades of user VIP levels between 01:00 (UTC) to 06:00 (UTC) based on the stated criteria. Moreover, a constraint is placed that under the VIP Holder Program, a user may only be upgraded to a maximum of VIP 4.
