The subscription cap per Binance Wallet user will be 7 BNB, not reaching the cap is allowed.
Users can claim their MMT Key (BSC) after the Pre-TGE phase and actual MMT on Sui will be airdropped to users' Binance Alpha accounts on TGE date.
